DELIVERY
We offer you free delivery on all orders above 200 Euro.
All orders placed takes 7-10 business days to ship, unless the item is stocked. Once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. We ship all orders through registered, recorded delivery, and are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.
International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them. Unfortunately, as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are here to exchange or refund items within 14 days of delivery. No exchange or returns on earrings for obvious health reasons, nor do we accept any made to order pieces back.
